Event FAQs


1Where are the event entrances located?
The main entrance is located at Morganton Road, just east of the intersection of Highway 5. A second entrance is located near the Pinehurst Resort Clubhouse.
2Where can I park?
General admission parking is located at the Polo Field, accessible off Monticello Drive. Handicapped parking is located at the Fair Barn (a registered HC Parking tag must be displayed). Clubhouse parking lots will not be available.
3Do I have to buy a parking pass before the event in order to be able to park on event day?
No – tickets are not sold for General Admission parking; it is open to the public. A $5 donation to YoungLife is required upon entry, so please bring cash with you.
4Is there transportation available from the parking areas to the event entrance?
Yes – shuttles will be available to transport guests from General Admission parking and handicapped parking to a drop-off area near the main event entrance at Morganton Road. Shuttles will be running to and from the main entrance throughout the event.


1Are my tickets valid for entry into the Concours or the Concert?
All tickets are valid for entry into both the Concours AND the Concert – it is a combined ticket for one price.
2If I leave the event, can I come back?
Yes – upon leaving, please make sure to stop by the gate and pick up a Valid for Re-Entry wristband. The wristband and stubbed event ticket must be presented for re-entry.
3Will the event be postponed or cancelled due to weather?
Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance is a rain-or-shine event. All tickets are non-refundable.
4Where can I purchase tickets?
Prior to the event, tickets are available online here. Tickets are also available for purchase in the Sandhills at the Village of Pinehurst Town Hall, Old Sport Gallery, The Country Bookshop, and the Pinehurst Resort Members Services Desk (PCC Members Only).

During event week, tickets will be on sale in the Fair Barn, 200 Beulah Hill Road South, Thursday, May 4 – Friday, May 5, from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

On event day, Saturday, May 6, tickets will be for sale at both event entrances, while still available.
5Do you offer a military discount?
With a valid military ID, members of the military may purchase up to (4) General Admission tickets for $25 each at the gate on event day, Saturday, May 6. Children 12 & under are admitted free with a paid adult.
6Do you offer a children's discount?
Yes - children 12 & under are admitted free with a paid adult.

Event Schedule

1What time do gates open on Saturday, May 6?
Gates open to General Admission ticket holders at 9:00AM.
2What time will awards be presented?
Awards will be presented beginning at 1:00PM.
3What time does the Sara Evans concert start?
The concert will begin at 4:00PM.

Event Details

1Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
No – outside food & beverage will not be permitted. Coolers of any size are also not permitted.
2Will concessions be available?
Yes – concessions stands will be located in multiple locations around the Show Field. Beverage tents will also be located throughout the event.
3Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms will be available in two (2) locations on the Show Field – on both the lower and upper areas of the Show Field, halfway between the event entrances.
4Is there a dress code for the event?
We have found that guests are most comfortable in attire defined as resort-wear, i.e. polos, blouses, and slacks. We highly recommend flat, comfortable shoes.
5Are children permitted to attend?
Children are welcome, however, we strongly caution parents that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The event features vehicles valued at more than $1 million, and we strive to make sure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
6Are pets permitted?
Due to the nature and location of the event, dogs & all other pets are not permitted. Properly identified service animals are permitted.
7Is the event handicapped accessible?
Yes – the event is handicapped accessible. Handicapped transportation is available from the general admission and handicapped parking areas to the shuttle stop near the main event entrance. However, personal & handicapped golf carts are not permitted within the Show Field.
8Where will the Sara Evans concert stage be located?
The concert stage will be located on the lower corner of Course No. 3, on the Show Field.
9Can I bring my own seating for the concert?
Yes – ticket-holders are permitted to bring lawn chairs and blankets for the concert.
10If I purchase alcohol at the event, can I take it with me upon exiting?
No – alcohol purchased at the event must remain inside the event gates.


1Will Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance merchandise be available for sale at the event?
Yes – event merchandise will be for sale on the Show Field in the Merchandise Tent.
